During the trip, students also read Emily Brontė's Wuthering Heights as well as some of her poetry. A trip to the moors was in order before they headed off to Ireland to kiss the Blarney stone, enjoy singing and socializing in Irish pubs, and read from more contemporary poets like Seamus Heaney and Patrick Kavanagh.
