We know that your computer is crucial to your time here at Washington College. When it doesn’t work properly, life grinds to a halt. That’s why the Help and Support staff works hard to get your computer back up and running quickly.
HelpDesk staff and Technicians collaborate to provide the campus community with support for software and hardware. Problems are first diagnosed and usually resolved by the HelpDesk. Problems they can’t solve are escalated to a Technician. If your computer’s hardware fails, our certified technicians are ready to solve the problem.

Note: computers owned by Washington College will receive priority repair service and are repaired free of charge.
Our technicians are certified to repair Apple and Lenovo computers so you can have warranty service completed right here, saving you time.
Of course, we can also repair systems manufactured by other companies and ship these machines in for warranty service if necessary.
