The HelpDesk can order just about anything you might need for computing on campus, such as power adapters for specific devices or user serviceable parts. Just let us know what you need and we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.
You Pay What We Pay
There is no mark-up on items at the HelpDesk. You pay what we pay. Because we buy many items in bulk, we can give you a very competitive price.
Students can pay for supplies or repairs with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) or Washington College ID/Debit card. ID cards must have adequate funding through the ManageMyID system.
Faculty and staff personal purchases can be made with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) or Washington College ID/Debit card. Charges made to faculty/staff ID cards will be automatically deducted from their next paycheck.
Faculty and staff who are ordering or picking up supplies for Washington College business use can charge to their department. Please provide written approval (email is fine) from the Budget Center Manager and the appropriate departmental budget code and object code to charge.
