Central Services: Your on-campus resource for all mail & print needs.

Our staff handles all intercampus, domestic and international mail delivery at Washington College. We also handle packages for FedEx, UPS and other major couriers. The Central Services desk is a full-service shipping center, too.

Additionally, Central Services offers an in-house print shop for printing, copying and collating. We also offer poster printing and document folding at a competitive price.

Hours & Location

Central Services is conveniently located on the Lower Level of the Casey Academic Center and is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

  • What is the best way to submit copy requests?

    Submit requests in person or email requests to both kmarge2 and smcclain2 in a JPG. 

  • How do I find a student mailbox number?

    Students:  Ask for your mailbox number at the Central Services counter.

    Staff:  Student mailbox numbers can be located at admin.washcoll.edu.

    Log-in with your College ID and password and select “Online Directories” and then select “Abbreviated Student Directory-Undergraduate Student Directory” for an alphabetical list of student mailbox numbers.

  • How do I know when I receive a package?

    You will receive an email notification titled “Package Notice” that will direct you to pick up your package at Central Services located under the stairs in the CAC.
