Chair Bill and his wife Nancy retired to Chestertown in 2008 after spending 30 years together in congested California. The opportunity to live in a small, historic town with a college and life long learning academy was a major attraction. Bill began his career as an industrial engineer and transitioned to financial management. He spent the last 20 years as an operations manager and management consultant for mutual funds and investment advisory firms. He is a graduate of Lehigh University and received his MBA degree from Harvard Business School. In addition to WC-ALL, Bill is an AARP tax preparer and volunteers for Sultana Projects. His hobbies include sailing, sculling, traveling with his wife, and supporting her gardening and photography.
