Are you planning a campus event? Here is what you need!
1. Reserve a space. Appropriate contacts can be found on the front page of the Event Registration Form.
- If you are interested in reserving a space in Hodson Hall, please fill out the Hodson Hall Reservation Request form online.
2. Fill out the proper event registration form:
- For all alcohol free events complete the Event Registration Form.
- If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, fill out The Alcohol Event Registration Form
3. For lighting or sound equipment service fill out the online Lighting and Sound Request Form. Paper copies are also available in the Office of Student Activities.
4. For Marketing/Advertising services fill out the online Advertisement Request Form.
The Director of Student Activities provides the final approval for all student events. Event planners will be contacted by the Office of Student Activities regarding the approval status of your event once a completed Event Registration Form is submitted.
