Welcome to the page dedicated to helping you sign up for housing next year! If you are looking to live in any of our Specialty or Themed Housing options, please follow the links below for applications. If you are not looking for Specialty Housing and have questions about our “Room Draw” system, please read the “Simple Steps” link below!
Basically, room draw works as follows: each student receives a lottery number based on class standing and number of semesters lived in WC housing. Students then gather in the CAC lobby on the appropriate night and, as lottery numbers are called in order, they select their housing for next year from the options available at that time. Students wishing to live in a suite together must have all members of the suite present to sign up for housing (students may “pull in” suite members from lower classes or with lower lottery numbers - within the limits of our housing areas).
If you or a potential roommate absolutely CANNOT make it on your designated room draw night, please use the “Proxy Form” below to ensure that you have the opportunity to sign up for housing.
