Remember, the Residence Halls close at 12 noon on Saturday, May 11, 2013. Students must check out of their residence hall room 24 hours after their last final exam, or by the close date - whichever comes first. Please make appropriate travel arrangements to leave on time. Late departure is reserved for students who will be graduating, staying to work on campus or any in-season athletes involved in official post-season activities.
Any personal property left behind will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of accordingly. Please safeguard your College ID card over the summer, as you will need it when you return in the fall. New ID cards are generally only issued to incoming freshmen.
Any questions about departure should be directed towards your RA or Area Director.
