Central Services offers in-house printing and copying services at a low cost to you or your department.
Print and copy jobs can be accepted in person or electronically.
To submit a job in person, first print the Print Request Form and complete all applicable fields. Bring this form with you to Central Services with your job.
To submit a job electronically, email it to both Katie Marge and Denise Illingsworth with a note explaining how many copies are necessary, what type and size of paper should be used, what finishing options are desired and to what department the final charge should be made. You may also request a proof that you can review in person.
Print and copy requests are handled in the order they are received, first-come, first-served. Jobs are generally completed same day or next business day. During the beginning and end of each semester, the volume of jobs received increases, so please allow extra time during these periods.
Please turn in all print jobs no later than 12:00 pm if you are requesting same day service. Print jobs received after 12:00 pm cannot be guaranteed for same day completion.
Due to copyright restrictions, Central Services will not copy books or large bound originals.
You are responsible for copy editing and proofing your job before submitting it to Central Services. Our staff will not make corrections or adjustments to documents before or after printing.

Letter folding in a variety of single fold weights and sizes is available. Please leave folding requests at front counter with example of fold requested. All folding is completed daily between the hours of 1:00pm and 4:15pm. A minimum of 100 sheets is requested per job. For further assistance contact x7871.
