OIT encourages international students to reach out to family and friends back home (and on campus) using a variety of communications applications. However, some applications - like Skype - negatively impact the performance of the Washington College network and are not supported. Supported communications applications include AOL Instant Messenger, iChat, Logitech Vid and Yahoo! Messenger.
