New Employee Orientation
Washington College’s New Employee Orientation Program is coordinated by the Office of Human Resources and is provided once a month for new benefit-eligible employees.
New Employee Orientation introduces employees to the College and provides employees with critical information regarding policies, procedures and resource information.
This all day event consists of a morning welcome by President Bair and continues throughout the morning with members of the College community describing the work of several departments on campus.
The afternoon is dedicated to reviewing the comprehensive benefits package along with an overview of the Human Resources website. The day concludes with a campus tour.
The Office of Human Resources will schedule orientation for new benefit eligible employees during the initial hiring process.
