Request Event Photographer
We employ student photographers to help document events on campus. When requesting photography coverage for your event, we appreciate notice of at least seven business days. We cannot guarantee a photographer for all events.
When we are unable to provide event coverage, we encourage exploring the following options:
- Digital Media Services can extract stills from video they shoot at your event.
- You can check out a DSLR camera from the Multimedia Production Center to take photos of your event. If you’re not sure how to get them on the website, check out LiveWhale’s tutorials on Galleries and Images.
- We can help you retain a professional photographer. Because most photographers start at $150 an hour, make sure you have funds in your budget for such a request.
