Q & A

Hometown? Lothian, Maryland

High School? Annapolis Area Christian School

Favorite Chestertown Place? One of my favorite places in Chestertown is the historical downtown area. There are several cute shops such as Twigs and Teacups & Gabriel’s, as well as restaurants Lemon Leaf Café & Play It Again Sam’s. It is very nice to walk downtown, especially on Saturday mornings for the Farmers Market.

Mistake 1st Year? I would have liked to explore different genres of classes. I wish I had taken a couple classes outside of my major and comfort zone.

Type of Egg? Sunny Side Egg

Disney Character? If I could be a Disney Character, I would be the Little Mermaid, Ariel because she loves to explore and seek adventure.

Time of Day? My favorite time of the day is during sunset because I love all of the vibrant colors. The most awesome sunsets are during the summer.

Favorite Class at WC? CNW: Ethics in America; this class allowed me to think in multiple perspectives and challenged my preconceived notions of what I thought was morally ethical.

Recommended Professor? I would recommend Dr. Krochmal. His classes are very fascinating and lively (they will keep you awake).

Most Memorable Experience as a First-Year Student? I really enjoyed taking a sailing class and learning how to sail for the first time.

If I Could be an Animal? I would be platypus because they are such intriguing animals. What exactly is a platypus? They look like a combination of a several animals, a beaver, otter, and a duck.

One Thing You Shouldn’t Forget to Pack? A fan- it serves many purposes, drowning out noises (if needed) and helping keep you cool.
