Senior Crime Analyst
Andrew Wright is a Crime Mapping Analyst at Washington College’s Crime Mapping and Analysis Program (CMAP). Andrew has been a part of CMAP since 2009 and has worked closely with many law enforcement and criminal justice agencies in Maryland providing techinical supper, instruction, and outreach. Andrew also administer the Maryland Offender Management System (MOMS) which allows law enforcement to use geospatial technology to perform federated geographical and tabular searches against multiple offender databases. Andrew is also assisting in the CMAP i2 linkage.
