Thomas Heald

Class of 1970

Thomas Heald ‘70 is a shareholder in the Providence, Rhode Island law firm of Heald and LeBoeuf, Ltd. which specializes in construction law.

He is a frequent speaker on construction law topics and has written a number of publications on construction law issues. Tom is on the National Roster of Construction Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association.

Previously, he served Washington College on the Visiting Committee and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Sho’men Club.

As a student, Tom was a member of the Theta Chi Fraternity as well as a part of the lacrosse team for four years; in his senior year, he was Co-Captain and First Team All American. Following college, Tom served as an assistant varsity lacrosse coach at Brown University for two years before pursuing his law degree at the University of Richmond.

He is part of our cadre of Washington Alumni Admissions Volunteers.
