Class of 2016
Major/Minor
English / Psychology

Hometown: Hampstead, MD

High School: North Carroll

What do you do for a campus job or work study?

I work as an assistant in the Campus Events Office. I was also recently hired as a student employee for Alumni Weekend.

Have you had any internship, research or study abroad experiences?

Not yet, but I have been accepted to study abroad at St. Andrews University in Scotland for the Spring 2015 semester, and I’m so excited! I love to travel.

Why did you choose your major?

I have always loved to read and write, so English just made the most sense for me!

What should every student do before they graduate?

Every student should spend some time at the waterfront. The Chester River is beautiful, and it’s part of what makes Chestertown and Washington College so quaint and unique.

What is your favorite place on campus?

My favorite place is most definitely the WACappella rehearsal room in Gibson. I get to spend four hours a week in there singing with some of my best friends! It doesn’t get better than that.
