Samantha Bulkilvish
GIS Educator/Analyst
Samantha is a full time staff member assisting with the everyday map support for the Local Law Enforcement Agencies and the Maryland State Police. She also works to keep the online workshops for GIS Professionals up to date and running by updating SCORMS and reviewing submitted assignments. Samantha graduated from Washington College in 2009 and majored in Environmental Studies. Her studies at Washington College have aided her with past projects such as mapping the Sassafras River Watershed and helping the Chestertown Greening Initiative with their Street Tree Survey.
