Q&A

Hometown: Sweetwater, New Jersey

What do you do for a campus job or work study?
I am the Leadership Intern for the Office of Student Activities and a Peer Mentor.

How has WC changed your life? Or, what does WC mean to you?
I cannot imagine the person I would be without WC.  As cliché as that sounds, WC (more affectionately called WAC) has shaped me into the person I am today.  It has introduced me to new and exciting opportunities that have challenged me to grow as a person.  WAC provides a welcoming environment, which consequently encourages that kind of maturing.

What is your Sunday habit?
If I don’t have a mountain of homework to do (if so, I’d be bumping in Club Miller, aka the Miller Library), I would probably just be hanging out with friends.

Why did you choose your major?
In high school, I was blessed with some incredible English teachers that encouraged me to pursue English.  I love the subjectivity of English as well; it simultaneously allows for creative process and critical thinking.
