Sarah currently works at Center Stage in Baltimore as the Executive Assistant to the Artistic and Managing Directors. She has been working as a Resident Stage Manager for the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company for the last 7 years. She was honored to stage manage the inaugural production for the Grand Opening of their new building Baltimore in the Fall of 2014.
Since graduating she has worked in a variety of fields and held several jobs, but now she is extremely proud to be working in the theater scene in Baltimore. She also volunteers with WTMD and does a little work as a personal trainer in her free time.
Sarah fulfilled her senior thesis obligation at WC by directing a production of Bridget Carpenter’s Fall. Her favorite WC productions include Wolf Lullaby (2003), which she stage managed, and Blue Surge(2003 - Sandy).
“Being a drama major at WC gave me a lot of experience and confidence. As the Education and Community Programs intern, I worked on many different projects at Center Stage. My experience at WC helped me to feel competent at performing any task asked of me.”
