Stephanie Fowler lives in Salisbury, MD, and is working for her family’s business, Lifestar Ambulance, as the Human Resources Administrator. Writing remains her true passion. Her first book, Crossings, was published in May 2008. Crossings was the series of short stories that won the prize in 2001. She added one more story to that collection before publication. Now, she is working on her next book while doing a bit of freelance writing for magazines such as Coastal Style.
