A member of the class of 1990, Wendy (Kloiber) Frederick serves as class correspondent. Contact her to submit notes for the Washington College Magazine.
As a student, Wendy was a resident assistant, active in the drama department and founded the Young Democrats club. After graduating in 1990, Wendy started work with the U.S. Government Printing Office and has now served more than 20 years as a civil servant.
She currently works in the learning and development field within a law enforcement component of the Department of Justice. Wendy has been instrumental in introducing new technologies, such as online courseware, podcasting, electronic performance support and virtual classrooms, into her organization’s learning and development programs.
In 2007, she received the Attorney General’s Award for Excellence in Management for her dedication and leadership in the implementation of these initiatives. Wendy is currently enrolled in the M.A. in Human Resources Management program at the Catholic University of America.
The mother of two boys, Teddy and Wyatt, Wendy is married to fellow classmate Mark Frederick ‘90 and lives in Edgewater, MD.
