Volunteer work including Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Sussex County Family Court; Sussex County AIDS Committee; enjoying the nearby DE beaches; taking courses from the University of DE Academy of Lifelong Learning; attending courses/taking trips with Adult Plus at Del Tech, reading books/Kindle; enjoying everything cat; and exercising in order to stay alive.
Fried egg sandwiches from Ms. D’s snack bar; trips to Tolchester Beach; subs from Lombardi’s; Freedom Riders at Bud Hubbard’s Restaurant. All so long ago.
I feel fortunate that I have been able to spend my life helping others, raising a family, enjoying friends and indulging my interests. Through all of the years, Washington College has played an integral part of my life. I always enjoy visits to the college, Chestertown, and environs.
