After Washington College Tony and his wife Lydia ‘61 traveled West to San Francisco. With a degree in chemistry Tony took a position at a chemical engineering firm focusing on water treatment, crawling in and out of boilers.
Tony then got the calling to join the financial services industry and joined Merrill Lynch in 1963. This led to many years in management running the San Francisco offices of Drexel, Burnham, Lambert and Paine Webber.
In 1993 Tony joined Kemper Securities as resident manager and after several mergers is now a Senior Vice President - Investments with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC.
When not working he plays golf and, with Lydia on the back, explores the roads of California on his BMW motorcycle. They live in Sausalito with a weekend home in the town of Sonoma enjoying the wonderful wines of the Sonoma Valley.
