Michael Holtzman - Mr. Holtzman is President and Partner at Brown Lloyd James, an international public relations firm specializing in public diplomacy and civic engagement.
Mr. Holtzman graduated from the College of William & Mary in 1992 with a B.A. in Government. Mr. Holtzman was Director of Public Affairs at The Council on Foreign Relations and served in the federal government as a Advisor in the US Department of State’s Office of Policy Planning and to the US Trade Ambassador in the Executive Office of the President of the United States.
Mr. Holtzman was named “2001 PR Person of the Year” by PR Week Magazine. He successfully managed a global campaign on behalf of China’s bid to host the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, which was named “Campaign of the Year” by PR Week. He also managed international PR for Vancouver’s successful bid to host the 2010 Olympics and Qatar’s winning campaign to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Mr. Holtzman’s clients include world leaders and senior diplomatic, business, and cultural figures.
