Maria serves as the personal assistant and office manager to the Chief Academic Officer of the College. As part of her responsibilities, she is responsible for maintaining the Provost’s calendar, and the subsidiary calendars for the Appointments, Curriculum, Planning, and Tenure & Promotion Committees, and the information flow from these committees to their constituencies. She is also responsible for onboarding and orienting all new faculty and Provost’s Office staff to the College community. Maria oversees the contracting and review paperwork for new faculty members, and serves as the liaison between new employees and Human Resources. She also serves as the Building Coordinator for Bunting Hall.
Maria is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in the Humanities, and expects to receive her degree in May of 2015.
