This course will cover the constitutional and historical role of the Vice Presidents, otherwise known as “Men of Oblivion”; the occupants of the office from 1789 to 1869, and from 1869 to 1953; the rise of the modern Vice-Presidency from 1953 to 2016; and the future of the Vice-Presidency.

 

DR. CONWAY GREGORY taught history and political science courses at Dalton State College and Chesapeake College, and was Town Manager of a Delaware municipality before retiring. He was featured in WC-ALL’s “Revolutionary Ancestors” course in Fall 2016.
