DMS Wins Two Videographer Awards
With the development of a new immersive summer program, the Center for Environment and Society and Anthropology Program needed a way to explain the course goals, and highlight the unique approach of Society, Environment, and the Sea: Reading the Currents. The resulting promotional film was awarded an Award of Distinction by the Videographer Awards.
When students leave for the summer, they may not be aware of just how busy the Washington College campus can be. Sure, there are fewer students who remain, but many of them take on much more involved roles in their education during the summer. One great example is the Summer Research Program in the Natural Science Division. DMS created this promotional film to increase awareness of these amazing opportunities, and picked up an Honorable Mention by the Videographer Awards.
