HR Forms Revised

Effective November 12, 2013, the Office of Human Resources revised our forms. Please see forms guidelines below for further information.

Forms now include the new logo, a revision date and the content on several forms has been updated. To ensure that you are using the most current version of our forms please discard old forms. If old forms are received they will be returned to the sender. And, if forms are incomplete (i.e. missing GLs, dates signatures) they will be returned to the employee/sender. In some cases, this will delay the processing of the form.

 

To ensure that forms are processed in a timely manner, please review the form before submitting, specifically the following:

  • Completeness
  • Accuracy
  • Legibility- Please print neatly
  • Required signatures

 

We encourage departments not to keep copies of forms on file for use, instead download forms as needed directly from the Forms page: https://www.washcoll.edu/offices/human-resources/hrforms.php. Forms are listed alphabetically and by topic. Form revisions and updates will appear as a news story at the top of the forms page.

 

For form updates and news, please refer to the news ticker at the top of the Forms page. The Office of Human Resources will provide assistance if you have any questions regarding forms.
