World-renowned guitar manufacturer Paul Reed Smith and the Paul Reed Smith Band performed at Washington College in Gibson Center for the Arts. Several students, along with WC’s First Lady Elisabeth Reiss, joined the band on stage to lend their voices as back-up singers. -
In honor of Professor Garry Clarke’s retirement, alumni and students gathered for to celebrate his contributions to the Washington College community with a musical tribute, which concluded with the announcement of a new endowment in his name and a portrait gift from the Class of 2012. During his tenure, Professor Clarke served as Professor of Music from 1968-2012, and as Acting President and Dean of the College. -

A senior design thesis by Susanne Vaughn; choreography by Professor Karen Smith; original music by Professor Anthony Harvey. Showtimes are October 7, 8 and 9, at 8 p.m. in Gibson Center for the Arts.
