The Alex. Brown Investment Program, funded by W. James Price IV, a former partner and managing director of Alex. Brown & Sons and a member of the College’s Board of Visitors and Governors, gives students an invaluable opportunity to develop their investment skills by managing a fund of hundreds of thousands of dollars. The investment program, re-launched in 2011, is now available to all students who are interested in gaining knowledge of the real investment world. Students, under the supervision of the board members of the Alex. Brown Investment Program, play a major role in managing the fund. -
