The Kiplin Hall Summer Program is a three-week course that takes place in Richmond, Yorkshire, England and Glengarriff, Ireland. It gives students the opportunity to walk in the footsteps of the Romantics, including William Wordsworth and Samuel T. Coleridge, and to write about their own, individual experiences. The course is taught and guided by Professor of English Literature Dr. Richard Gillin and Lecturer in English Mrs. Barbara Gillin.
A major gift from the Connie and Carl Ferris Foundation will enable more WC students to accompany Professor Scout overseas each summer to see how business is done.
