Eshan Patel ’13 and Victoria Ruff ’14 spent their summer working with Assistant Professor of Biology Mindy Reynolds researching the cytotoxic, genotoxic, and mutagenic effects of coexposure to nickel and cobalt.
Dr. Shaun Ramsey, George Essig ‘13 and Otto Borden ‘13 are creating a 3D game engine and world with multiplayer networking capabilities. Software development with several engineers requires careful planning, communication, coordination and resources. The development cycle frequently consists of planning, coding, testing, and refinement with frequent visits back to paper and the board for planning.
Admitted students for the Class of 2015 and their families visited campus to learn more about the natural science and mathematics programs.Professors and current students from the areas of biology, chemistry, math and computer science, environmental studies, physics, premed, nursing and psychology gave presentations and answered questions about their respective programs.
