Lunchtime Core

Lunchtime core class in the JFC dance studio with instructor Andrew Laux. 

Combine Pilates, Yoga, weight training, and aerobics and you have a quick heat pumping half an hour workout designed to make you balance both physically and mentally, but won’t interfere with that lunch hour!
