Annual Performance Reviews

Performance Reviews are due to the Office of Human Resources on or before Monday, June 30, 2014. 

This year we have combined the Self-evaluation and Performance Review into one form. Employees should complete the self-evaluation items in sections I, II, and III, then submit the Performance Review to their Supervisor. Please take a moment to review the changes to the Performance Review form and instructions, which can be found on the Staff Performance Review page: hr.washcoll.edu/performance-reviews.php

Washington College’s Performance Review program provides the opportunity for an employee and supervisor to conduct a job performance interview then provide performance recognition along with improvement and professional development plans. The Performance Review form is designed to facilitate constructive communication between a supervisor and an employee pertaining to the employee’s job performance. The review process assists supervisors in making decisions about promotions and continuing employment as well as providing the employee an opportunity to discuss accomplishments and recommendations for professional development. In addition, the Performance Review program assists the College in the identification of campus wide training needs.
