HRConnection Portal Open for Benefits Enrollment

The HRconnection portal will be open from 
May 12, 2014 to May 21, 2014 for you to elect coverage effective July 1st, 2014.

Do I have to log on the portal if I am not electing benefits?
Yes, you must log on the portal to waive your right to your annual benefits.

Washington College is required to offer all benefit-eligible employees the option to enroll in our benefits annually. You must enroll or waive your benefits so that the College is in compliance with the ACA guidelines.

If I am not changing my benefits do I need to do anything?
Yes, you must log on the portal and elect your annual benefits by May 21, 2014.

What if I do not remember my username and password for the HRconnection portal?
You will receive the “noreply” email on May 12th 

to your Washington College Zimbra email account with your username
therefore your Zimbra email account must be active.

If your Zimbra email account is not active,

call the Helpdesk prior to Open Enrollment on May 12, 2014.
