Language Suites
Style! Food! Fun! Fluency!
You can have all this and more by living in a language suite.
Washington College offers language suites for advanced students of French, German, Japanese and Spanish. Students in the suites live with the language assistant, a native speaker of the language of the suite, and with other advanced students of their language of study. They eat, sleep, and dream in a foreign language.

- You can decorate your suite with your favorite posters and flags from your travels.
- You can make your favorite French, German, Japanese, or Spanish dishes in the cooking facilities.
- You can watch your favorite foreign-language TV shows and host movie nights, social events, and club events in the suite.
- And best of all, living in a suite is great preparation for those planning to study abroad and those who want to keep up with a foreign language after studying abroad.
