Benefit Shoot
Come support our club and have a fun day shooting Sporting Clays!
The club is hosting a Sporting Clays Shoot to help support the club. Budgets allotted for clubs by the college are tight and fundraising is a crucial part of our club. The Shoot will be at Schrader’s Outdoors on Saturday, March 23rd 2013, rain or shine!
The fun begins with registration at 9 am. The entry fee for the shoot is $75 per shooter. That gets you 75 targets, lunch, and a chance to win a trophy! There will also be games and other prizes. Entries can be for either a single shooter or for multiple shooters up to a full squad of 5. If you would like to come out and shoot, you can download the registration form here. Mail the completed form and entry fee, postmarked by March 13th, to the club’s coach, Doug Pfaff, at the address included on the form; all pre-registrations will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card to Molly’s Sporting Goods! Walk-in registrations the morning of the shoot are also welcome, but will not get you entered in the drawing.
The club is also looking for sponsorships for the shoot. Donations of any amount are accepted and are greatly appreciated! There are however a few specific levels of sponsorship for the shoot:
- $50 - Add in the both the Benefit Shoot and Battle of the Bay programs
- $100 - Station sponsor at both the Benefit Shoot and Battle of the Bay
If you would like to be a Shoot Sponsor, please download the registration form and complete the left side about sponsorship. Along with the form, the club needs an image or logo to be used for your add. You can mail in a business card or other printed item with your form, or you can email an electronic logo or image to the club’s email - washcollskeetandtrapclub@gmail.com. Whatever you send us will be the image and/or text that we use to represent your sponsorship. All donations are tax-deductible, and although we cannot send you a receipt the club will be happy to send you a thank-you letter that you may use for the deduction.
