Film Screening: Poverty Inc.
April 14th, 2016: Drawing from over 200 interviews filmed in 20 countries, Poverty, Inc. unearths an uncomfortable side of charity we can no longer ignore.
From TOMs Shoes to international adoptions, from solar panels to U.S. agricultural subsidies, the film challenges each of us to ask the tough question: Could I be part of the problem?
Spartan Club Launches Zumba!
March 3rd, 2016: The Spartan Club team kicked off a new series of Fitness group classes with Zumba! In partnership with Kent County Family Center the classes will run for 5 weeks. Stay tuned for upcoming programs including swimming lessons and yoga!
Sprout for Action hosts first athletic-nutritional education clinic!
November 12th, 2014: Our Sprout for Action team hosted the first athletic-nutritional education clinic on Wednesday, Nov. 12 at H.H. Garnett Elementary School. Enactus team members teamed up with WAC basketball players to get elementary students physically active. They concluded the event by teaching the attendees healthy and cost-effective nutritional choices.
Soap with Hope Launches at WAC Fall Fest!
November 5th, 2014: Our Soap with Hope team made its debut at the Washington College Fall Fest! In all, 46 bars of soap were sold, amassing over $200 for global sanitation efforts!

Shore Marketing Presents: “Social Media & Grants Writing Symposium”
March 20th, 2014: Our Shore Marking team hosted a “Social Media and Grants Writing Symposium” for non-profit organizations at 7:00pm in Daly Hall room 218, located on the Washington College campus.
Shore Marketing is an Enactus project dedicated to assisting local non-profit organizations to market themselves to the local community.
