Class of 2015
Important Forms to Complete
- Summer Advising Course Selection Worksheet (bring to your advising meeting with a faculty summer advisor on your advising day)
- Health Forms (hand them in to Health Services staff at the Health Services table at the Advising Day College Resource Fair or mail them to Health Services by July 15)
- Campus Employment Forms (hand them in and show your Form 1-9 documentation to Human Resources staff at the Advising Day College Resource Fair)
- Account Information Release/Financial Responsibility Form (hand it in to Business Office staff at the Advising Day College Resource Fair)
Please complete the employment forms whether or not you expect to work on campus. About 75% of Washington College students work for the College at some point in their four years, often taking advantage of great opportunities. Working as a professor's research assistant, staffing the help desk in the Office of Information Technologies, serving as a student tutor, working in the GIS lab, or helping with College publications: all are great opportunities to make connections on campus and learn valuable career skills. If such an opportunity comes your way, we want you to be ready to work - and get on the payroll! - as soon as possible.
Please note that you must bring with you to your Summer Advising day the required documents indicated on the last page of the Form I-9 (Federal Employment Eligibility Verification).
Optional
Students can choose to participate in the The Freshman Record, a commemorative publication by an outside vendor.
