Favorite place around Washington College? I love Herbs for soup and sandwiches.
First year experience/advice? I made the mistake of over packing. If you live close, pack for the season then switch out your clothing. If you live far away, only bring what you really wear. Dorms won't have enough room for everything you have at home in your own room, so downsize.
Eggs? I like my eggs over easy with hot sauce, please and thank you.
Favorite Class at WC? Ethnobotany with Dr. Gladu was my favorite class at WAC thus far because of her teaching energy and the class-topic was interesting in itself.
Recommended Professor? Dr. Gladu is very insightful and understanding when it comes to advising and she is approachable for any other questions that have to do with class or assignments.
Most Memorable Experience as a First-Year Student? That's a tough one- there are so many! But I would have to say that May Day is one of them, as well as my team's win against F&M during the soccer season last fall!
