Deborah Hoyes and several of her fellow Zeta sisters participated in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life in western Berks County, PA. Their team, the Perky Girls, were spirited enough to win the Heart of the Relay award. "Joining me were Kathie Clemson Verbanic, Cheryl Loss Streett, Lucie Hughes, Jill DelConte and other friends and family members. Even though I have recently moved to Austin, TX, I plan to return next year to walk again. Thanks to Jani Gabriel Saliga who couldn't make the event, but was there when I really needed her, along with my Zeta sisters.'
