Below are the data sets that are available for criminal justice agencies to access on MOMS. Below each agency is a brief description about the data they provide to MOMS.
Maryland Community Supervision
Maryland Community Supervision, formerly the Division of Parole & Probation, supervises approximately 117,000 cases. Some of these cases represent individuals who are currently incarcerated and some individuals have multiple cases associated with them.
MOMS only displays individuals who are currently on community supervision, approximately 73,000 and not individuals who are incarcerated. It is however it is possible to search for individuals who are incarcerated from within MOMS.
Individuals with case statues of delinquent indicate they are not compliant with the terms of their parole or probation. You should contact the agent responsible for the delinquent case for further information regarding the possibility of a warrant.

Maryland Court Warrants
MOMS contains all of the open warrants issued by Maryland District and Circuit Courts regardless of weather the warrant is in NCIC. Some of the warrants were issued in the 1950’s.
The Maryland Court Warrants do not include parole warrants as these are issued by the Maryland Parole Commission.

Maryland Sex Offender Registry
MOMS receives data directly from the Maryland Sex Offenders Registry for every registered sex offender. Each offender must register four different types of addresses, home, work, school and temporary. Within MOMS each address given is mapped allowing you to identify locations registered sex offenders frequent.
The Maryland Registered Sex Offender information is updated every Tuesday morning on MOMS.

Department of Juvenile Services
MOMS receives a data extract of all youth under supervision by the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services that includes approximately 6,300 youth. The data is updated monthly.

Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA)
The Washington DC Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency or CSOSA is the agency charged with supervising parole and probation cases in Washington DC.
CSOSA supervises approximately 12,500 people with about 1,500 of them living in Maryland.
The CSOSA data is currently aggregated to block level and contains no identifying information other than the telephone number and name of the supervising agent.

Baltimore City Gun Offender Registry
The Baltimore City Gun Offender Registry requires individuals convicted of gun offenses in Baltimore City to register their current address and report to the Baltimore Police Department every six months for a period of three years following their conviction or period of incarceration. Within 48 hours of conviction, each gun offender is required to file their names and aliases, a photograph, and a confirmed address. Failure to comply with the registration requirement is a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of not more than $1000 or imprisonment of not more than 12 months or both.
