Alpha Omicron Pi
Alpha Omicron Pi is an international women’s fraternity promoting friendship for a lifetime, inspiring academic excellence and lifelong learning, and developing leadership skills through service to the fraternity and community.
Exceed the Expectation
Alpha Omicron Pi is full of many strong, intellectual, creative, athletic, fun, and unique individuals. Together, we have a special bond with one another, making our sisterhood one of a kind. At Washington College, we encourage one another to strive to be our best, while always being each other’s support. Sigma Tau’s are so lucky, because we know our friendships are genuine and lifelong!
With an average grade point average of 3.4, Alpha Omicron Pi has the second highest grade point average of the sororities and third highest out of all Greek Life on campus.
AOII’s philanthropy is arthritis research for which the sisters have spent much effort in raising money through various activities. After their participation in Greek Games in the fall, AOII sisters volunteered at a Halloween festival in cooperation with Kent County Parks and Recreation. The spring plans include the annual Rose Ball, Sweethearts Party, and Founders’ Day celebration.
