Campus Visits

This may be the friendliest, quirkiest place on the planet. You just have to see it for yourself.

Choose between the following options below: a Daily Visit, an Open House, or a Saturday Visit.

Get in touch with us if you’re interested in attending a class, doing an overnight visit, or meeting with a coach.

We look forward to meeting you on campus.

  • Daily Visit

Campus visits can be requested online or scheduled via phone at 410-778-7700.

    Information Sessions

Monday through Friday at 9:30 and 1:00 p.m.

Visitors will attend an information session led by an admissions counselor, followed by a campus tour.

Offered only to current seniors, juniors, and transfer students, interviews with an admissions counselor are available at the following times:

    10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 2:00, 2:30, 3:00.

    Campus Tour

Offered daily, campus tours are available at the following times:

    10:30, 11:30, 2:00, 3:00.

Most campus tours involve a student ambassador paired with 1-3 families for a 45-minute walking tour of the main campus. The College’s Custom House and waterfront area are not included on the tour but are open to visitors M-F.

  • Personal Preview Day

A Personal Preview Day is a great opportunity to get an inside look at Washington College. You can observe classes, eat lunch in the dining hall with a current student, or speak with coaches and professors!

This is intended for current high school seniors only.

If you’re interested in a campus tour, speaking with an admissions counselor, having a financial aid consultation, or attending an information session, please indicate so on the form.

There are limited opportunities to stay overnight with one of our student hosts on campus the night before your personal preview day (excluding Thursday, Friday, Saturday). Please email efield2@washcoll.edu at least two weeks in advance of your desired visit. We are happy to provide a list of off-campus lodging opportunities for parents if you’re coming from a distance.

We ask that students sign up one week in advance for their personal preview day as a courtesy for the professors and staff.
